A family of five, near Reno, NV., needs to hire an experienced and exacting full-time Housekeeper/Cook to maintain their primary residence and assist with light meal prep. Responsibilities include:  family laundry, daily upkeep & organization, helping the family with simple breakfasts (eggs, oatmeal, sliced fruit, etc.), deep cleaning, and light household management (overseeing maintenance, ensuring proper inventory of household necessities). The family is in residence approximately 50% of the year and will also employ a local deep cleaning company who will come in for seasonal maintenance. Must be comfortable working in a home with children. The ability to assist when the family’s chef is away is appreciated. The family maintains a small team of staff and the ability to work cohesively and with a ‘no task is too small or too big’ mentality is imperative. This role can be live in (separation housing option available) or live out, with relocation assistance provided. Schedule is 40-45 work week, Tuesday through Saturday, with the day typically starts at 6:30am. For live in, the principals would prefer someone who can work a split shift with a 3-4-hour break in the day. Salary $35- 45/hr DOE with health insurance contribution. Immediate start.
