Only 10-15% of those nannies who apply to ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ are accepted for placement. We verify each nanny’s educational background, work history, childcare experience and speak with previous employers, teachers, and other personal references.

It can also serve as an important interviewing tool and has proven to be a valuable aide in the success of the Nanny/Family relationship.
Upon hiring a nanny and prior to commencing employment, ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ will provide you with the nanny’s criminal and motor vehicle report, social security verification and National sex offender’s registry check.
