A family, in Bedford Hills, needs to hire a highly organized Family Assistant/House Manager to support a busy household with two school aged children, three dogs, and two cats. Responsibilities include: grocery shopping and errands, preparing healthy family meals several nights per week, school pickups and driving the children to after-school activities, overseeing light daily tidying and managing a cleaning service and handling pet care including feeding/letting outside and vet coordination. The role also encompasses household administration – managing calendars and emails, scheduling appointments, organizing activities and overseeing home maintenance and deliveries. The ideal candidate is a reliable driver, tech-savvy, comfortable in a multi-pet environment, and able to work independently while maintaining a warm, positive presence with children. There is a car available for use during working hours. The schedule is generally Monday–Friday, 11am–7pm, with occasional flexibility for evenings or weekends. Salary range: $50-55/hr. plus health insurance. May or June start.
