A Gentleman, in TriBeCa, needs to hire a highly detail-oriented full-time Housekeeper to oversee the care and maintenance of two apartments in close proximity. Responsibilities include: comprehensive housekeeping, daily upkeep and organization and handling laundry duties. The Housekeeper will also be responsible for running household errands, including managing dry cleaning, handling deliveries, and sourcing household supplies. Additional duties may include: coordinating with building staff and vendors, placing maintenance calls as needed, and ensuring both residences are consistently maintained to a high standard, even when the principals are out of town. The principals travel frequently and are often not in residence, so the ideal candidate will be highly self-directed, proactive, and capable of managing the homes independently. There is a cat in one home, so candidates must be pet-friendly and comfortable working in a household with animals. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday, approximately 40 hours per week but with flexibility needed depending on the principals’ schedule. Housekeeper should be able to allocate time, every day, to stop by both residences.  Salary – $45/hr. base. Immediate start!
