A professional couple in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking an experienced, full-time, live-out Housekeeper to oversee the care, cleanliness, and day-to-day upkeep of multiple local residences. This role is best suited to a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining beautiful homes to exceptional standards and who enjoys working in a respectful, private household environment.

Responsibilities include comprehensive daily and deep cleaning, maintaining kitchens and food preparation areas, detailed bathroom care, laundry and ironing, organization, and ensuring each residence remains polished, welcoming, and guest-ready at all times. In addition to traditional housekeeping duties, this position requires an elevated level of attentiveness to sanitation and hygiene practices, including thoughtful cleaning of high-touch surfaces and careful prevention of cross-contamination. The household maintains a fragrance-free environment, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable working without perfumes, scented personal products, or fragranced cleaning sprays while in the home.

One of the principals has auto immune health considerations, so the ideal candidate will naturally approach their work with care, discretion, and a proactive mindset toward cleanliness and household wellness. The goal is to maintain a consistently safe, comfortable, and well-managed environment without compromising the warmth of the home.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in private homes, preferably with high-standard or high-profile families, and will be confident working independently with minimal supervision. We are seeking someone who is compassionate, trustworthy, and self-motivated — a true self-starter who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative while maintaining professionalism and discretion.

The couple does not have children or pets. Reliable transportation is required, as the role involves traveling between four residences within Jacksonville.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, guaranteed 40 hours per week. Two full days will be spent at the primary residence, with the remaining days rotating among additional properties.

Compensation: $30–$35/hour, depending on experience. Immediate start.
